Google Docs

Google Docs is an online productivity app that functions as a word processor. Through Google Drive, users can access their documents through any computer or device with an internet connection. Google Docs offers the possibility to add images, tables, and links. Formatting options are also available, including setting margins, paper orientation, paper size, fonts, spacing and color.

One of the great advantages of Google Docs is the ability to easily and conveniently share Google documents with other users and change them or work on them together in real time. There are options to invite users with access to either view, comment on, or edit the document. This makes GoogleDocs ideal for group projects, event planning, or any collaborating development.

            Google Docs has the power to upload convert an already-created word document as a Google Doc. Likewise, A Google Doc can be downloaded as a Word, OpenOffice, PDF, RTF, HTML or zip file. It is also easy to print a Google Doc or to email it as an attachment.

Other online productivity apps offered through Google are Google Sheets nad Google Slides. Google Sheets functions as a spreadsheet. Google Slides is a presentation app.
